The 'Challenge'
PustakGhar began with promise, it soon encountered key challenges like low participation from children and men, and poor visibility. The system relied heavily on one community manager, with limited book variety and no clear feedback or damage-reporting mechanism. Manual record-keeping further reduced efficiency and long-term sustainability.
