Brand Repositioning & Experience Design

I joined Windson to work on branding, but early research revealed a deeper problem, the brand lacked a clear positioning, consistency across touchpoints, and a cohesive experience.
Instead of limiting my role to visual design, I proposed a brand repositioning direction backed by research, and led the execution across identity, physical touchpoints, and digital platforms.
My work evolved into building Windson as a unified brand system aligning strategy, design, and user experience across online and offline channels.
Over 7 months, I worked across brand strategy, identity design, retail experience, and UI/UX, contributing to:
• Repositioning the brand with a clearer identity and direction
• Designing a complete end-to-end brand system
• Creating consistent experiences across packaging, retail, exhibition, and digital platforms
• Bridging brand thinking with UX principles
